A problem occured in evaluating project ':app'

When I was trying to release the android apk for the ionic project, it come out these error, I had go through other related post but none of them can resolve this error.

Solution

OK, just in case someone not clear about this,, I work this in the company VM and it limited the internet access,, the solution just allow the internet access to your VM.
