IOS App crashes instantly after opening.

This is the error in the crash log:

React Native ver: 0.64
Mac m1, ver 14.1 (also happened with 13)
Xcode ver 15.0.1 (also happened with 14.3.1)

info that might be useful:

• It only crashes after manually opening it by clicking the app icon. when launching the app via the play button on xcode it works.
  
• Doesnt happen when installed via test flight

What i tried: deleting node_modules and yarn.lock and reinstalling.
deleting pods and pods.lock and reinstalling
restarting everything
upgrading mac and xcode
going back to untouched branch (master)
